Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Gift certificates are just that!

Someone who cares about you wants you to enjoy massage by providing you this personalized gift.

Your use of a gift certificate constitutes the acceptance of the following:

·Upon scheduling an appointment, one must indicate that they will be using a Body Unfold Therapeutic Massage gift certificate.

·Please present gift certificate upon arrival to your appointment

·Body Unfold gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash or other substitutions.

o    This includes

o    Splitting gift certificates into session times less than specified on the certificate

o    Splitting time related gift certificates (i.e. one hour massage) amongst more than one person

·Void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced

·Body Unfold is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide replacements for lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired certificates.

·Not transferrable without authorization of the gift card recipient

·If the full value of the gift certificate is not used at the time of service a credit for the remainder may be issued to be used at Body Unfold at a later date

·Any additional cost exceeding the value of the gift certificate or any gratuities will be paid by the redeemer

 

Body Unfold reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.  Use of the Gift Certificate indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.  The terms and conditions in force on the date of use of the gift certificate would supersede any terms and conditions in effect prior to the date of use.
